The first Astro2020 steering committee meeting will take place on July 15-17, 2019 at the Keck Center in Washington, D.C.  You are invited to watch the open sessions of the meeting remotely. 

The open sessions will take place on:
  • Monday, July 15, 2019 from 10:30am to 6:00pm ET
  • Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 8:30am to 3:15pm ET

Reminder: Astro2020 APC White Papers Due July 10


If you plan to submit an activity, project, or state of the profession consideration (APC) white paper to the Astro2020 decadal survey, please note that the due date is July 10, 2019 at 5pm ET. For further details, including guidelines and formatting instructions, please visit the survey website.
 

About the Decadal Survey on Astronomy and Astrophysics (Astro2020)


Astro2020 is a partnership between the National Academies and the astronomical community to survey the field of astronomy and astrophysics and provide priorities for the most important scientific and technical activities for the upcoming decade.
