A present and an invitation...

I hope to see lots of you at church this Sunday morning…this week I have an exciting present to give everyone - and an invitation to a mid-summer church family picnic lunch!! So you'd better come, or you will miss out!

Also, Jesus is going to be with us on Sunday for, as His word reminds us, "where two or three are gathered..." So we will meet in His name, and in expectation that He will speak and work amongst us through the empowering presence of His Spirit. Amen?

Prayer...

Those on our more formal Email list will have heard, via Pam, a request from Ernie and Josie to pray for members of their family. Please keep praying and, if you're not on Pam's list but would like to be, please ask her on Sunday.

Children and teens...

This Sunday, although we will still be in the church hall, we are going to try to have the children and teens stay in the service for the first 15mins - this is so that we can pray for our teenagers, as most of them will be leaving for their YFC trip to "DTI" (a Christian worship festival), a week tomorrow.
