Ending the Silence
We recently began our Ending the Silence program, a free presentation for middle and high school students. These 50-minute presentations include an educational component and a personal story from a young adult living with mental illness.

The purpose of this program is to "end the silence" around mental health conditions. Topics include stigma, suicide prevention, positive coping strategies, and more. To schedule a presentation for your classroom or youth group, email us today!

NAMI Support Groups

If you are a family member or individual struggling with mental illness, check out our support groups. These are offered free of charge and allow peers to connect with one another, sharing difficulties and successes in a respectful, relaxed environment.

We're thrilled to offer our programs and support groups to the public and we hope you'll join us, or forward this newsletter to someone who may benefit.
