Saubel’s Markets Get Dairy Case ‘Makeover’ to Improve Shoppers’ Experiences, Boost Sales
The dairy case in four Saubel’s Markets in Pennsylvania and Maryland got a “makeover” with American Dairy Association North East’s Dairy Aisle Reinvention program. The new look in the Pennsylvania stores includes “Choose PA Dairy” and Rutter’s Dairy signage to remind shoppers they’re buying locally produced milk. Retailers report that they have seen sales increases after an installation.
“The stores look good. Thanks for all of your help in this as I appreciate the time and effort that went into the project!” – Saubel’s owner, Betti Saubel

ADA North East has completed more than 560 Dairy Aisle Reinvention installations across the region to make dairy more accessible and give shoppers a positive experience – ultimately boosting sales.
Whole Milk Dairy Research Top Priority for National Dairy Council on Behalf of Dairy Farmers

One study provided evidence that Americans can consume a whole-or reduced-fat dairy food as one of their three recommended servings of dairy while staying within Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommendations for sodium, saturated fat and calories, especially if the whole- or reduced-fat food selected is milk.
