Crisis Tip: Remind Your Workers to be Vigilant in Protecting Your Farm
Creating a culture of “See Something/ Say Something” among your workers is one of the most valuable ways to protect your farm from a crisis – and it doesn’t cost a cent! Empower employees to immediately report any signs of animal abuse, neglect, mishandling or harm. Reinforce the important role all employees play in ensuring a viable, successful farming operation.

ADA North East suggests hosting a holiday lunch or end-of-the-year gathering for your employees as a great opportunity to thank everyone for their hard work and commitment to the farm over the past year. For more crisis tips or more info about protecting your farm, contact Beth Meyer, director of consumer confidence for ADA North East.
