It is Women's Health Week

This week is all about recognising womens health as a priority and making healthy changes that can be maintained!

Take care of your mental health with these helpful tips!

1. Stay active 


2. Eat food that’s good for your body    

3. Journaling your thoughts and emotions, this can be a great way to get your thoughts out of your head and on to paper!


4. Writing out 3-5 things that your grateful for each day - gratitude works wonders, even if it is the small things, like the sunshine warming your skin or the hum of bees.


5. Set yourself goals to help you feel like you have achieved something that day. This can be big or small; having a nutritious meal, tidying a space in your home, going for a walk or watering the garden. By achieving small goals each day you feel a sense of accomplishment, this can be super powerful in aiding mental health.


6. Finally, give yourself the opportunity to seek medical help if you need it.

Many of you may know, the Dan Andrews Government released a "road map" for Victorians heading forward, what the next few months may look like and when and how restrictions will be eased over time. Below is a summary of the road map.

A small number of our staff are working from the office in the mornings, taking calls and replying to messages and emails. If you would like to speak with someone directly, please call between 9am and 12 noon Monday to Thursday. The remaining office staff members are continuing to work from home.
