We've loved learning about some of the awesome projects working their magic in the Liverpool City Region so much that we wanted to share the love and let you know about a couple of projects we've funded at the end of last year...

You can learn about all the ideas and projects we've funded here.

In December we funded two applications, the first was the Spirit of Dulverton who hosted a festive outdoor, Covid compliant event for all households in their road helping to build intergenerational relationships between neighbours. The event included a performance by a choir, an open mic slot for residents to perform their poetry, prose and music accompanied by some mince pies.
The second application funded in December was for Sexton Avenue Community Allotment, situated in Parr (St Helens). The site is just over half a acre in size but the garden has been closed for about 12 years so a few like minded friends decided to open the place up again they aim to create a community hub that all community groups alike can come and enjoy.
