Newsletter 139 University Academics Promoting False Claims of Safety and efficacy of Vaccines

In January 2016 my PhD thesis that demonstrates that vaccines have not been proven to be safe and effective because the necessary scientific studies have not been done, was published on the University of Wollongong website. One week later the University promoted the government's immunisation policies under the heading "Experts unite behind evidence supporting immunisation". However, the UOW academics that are promoting this comment have not studied government vaccination policies and they have not addressed the evidence that I have provided in my in-depth PhD thesis. This is not simply a case of academics cherry picking the studies that they will use to make their conclusions, this is a case of UOW academics providing false and misleading information on vaccines because the studies that would prove or disprove the link to the skyrocketing chronic illness in children - including asthma, allergies, anaphylaxis, autism and autoimmune disease (rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, lupus, multiple sclerosis, sleeping disorders, Parkinsons etc. - have never been done. Here is this information in a 5 minute video produced in the US. The Australian statistics are very similar. The pharmaceutical companies that manufacture the vaccines are funding the safety and efficacy studies and have influence in the the design and outcomes of these studies.

UOW Professor Alison Jones has incorrectly claimed that the link between vaccines and autism has been discredited. Here is the overwhelming evidence that vaccines can and do cause autism. Further, UOW Professor Heather Yeatman, a specialist in nutrition, has not addressed the "undone science" described in my PhD in her comment promoting government immunisations on the UOW website. This comment provides false and misleading information about vaccines that can cause harm to the general public. Here is evidence of the misconduct in the US CDC and under-reporting of adverse events to vaccines that enables governments to claim vaccine adverse events are "rare". This statement is false.

The reason that the University of Wollongong has not answered the open letter below is because the studies have not been done to prove or disprove the link between the escalating chronic illness in the population and its correlation with the increased use of vaccines. This is called "undone science" and it is described in my PhD thesis.

Here is my Open Letter to the University of Wollongong that has not been answered:

To University of Wollongong
Vice-Chancellor of Research
24 November 2016
Dear Professor Wellings,
Here is a 5 minute video clip produced by many doctors, nurses and researchers that disprove the claims on the UOW website that state vaccines are ‘safe and effective’. Unless the comments by Heather Yeatman and Alison Jones are rectified the University of Wollongong will be responsible for putting out information that is harming human health.   This is the “Vaxxed Tour Homecoming Video” and this film is being released in Australia.
Evidence-based policy means providing evidence and Heather Yeatman’s claims on the UOW website are unsupported because the studies have not been done. The claims contradict the evidence presented in my PhD thesis – published on the UOW website. The public has a right to debate this topic and UOW academics are involved in this debate.
You can choose to ignore this evidence but your lack of action in promoting evidence-based health information to the public will harm human health. This email has been copied to the concerned Australian community.
Kind regards,
Judy Wilyman PhD
The Science and Politics of Government Vaccination Policies

The Australian Adult Vaccination Register has been Implemented

Prior to January 2016 vaccinations were tracked using the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR). However, with the implementation of the No Jab No Pay Policy in 2016, the government extended the age for the recommendations on the National Immunisation Program (NIP) from 7 to 20 and the government has now implemented an Adult Immunisation Register to track the vaccinations of all Australians. This has occurred without any public debate of this policy. Government ministers and Australian public health authorities refused to attend a public forum in October 2015 to provide evidence for introducing coercive mandatory vaccination policies in 2016. The people who refused this invitation include Peter McIntyre (co- director of the NCIRS), Julie Leask (NCIRS), Robert Booy (co-director of the NCIRS), Terry Nolan (ATAGI), Sussan Ley (Minister for Health) and Christian Porter (Minister for Social Services) and their responses are described in my presentation at this public forum in October 2015 at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) - 'Questions and Answers: Forum on No Jab No Pay/Play Policy'.   .
Loss of Human Rights in Australia

An audit by the Institute of Public Affairs of human rights breaches passed in Australian federal legislation in 2014 and 2015, found that the erosion of our human rights has accelerated significantly under the Abbott/Turnball government.
Tim Wilson was appointed as Australia's 'individual freedom's' Commissioner in February 2014 and according to the article in the Australian, the attack on the individual's right to justice between 2014-2015 has included 95 reversals of the 'innocent until proven guilty' principle in federal laws - 48 in 2014 and 47 in 2015. Tim Wilson resigned from his position in the Liberal party to take up the role of "Freedoms Commissioner" in 2014 and then he broke his 5 year contract to successfully stand for the Liberal party again in the federal election in July 2016.The article in the Australian stated that federal statutes in 2014 contained 262 provisions breaching legal rights and in 2015 they contained 290. Most of these breaches affected the right to silence - 14 breaches in 2014 and 33 in 2015.

The Australian article states that the IPA audit also noted a sharp increase in the volume of federal legislation in 2015. Parliament was "adding 86.4 new pages of legislation every sitting day". This increase in the number of federal laws results in greater complexity and is a threat to the fundamental tenet that says the body of law must be capable of being understood. An example of this confusion was demonstrated in the recent passing of the Victorian Health Complaints Bill. This was passed in a sea of confusion on Friday night (15 April 2016) at 10 pm. This bill will allow lobby groups to make complaints against unregistered practitioners whose premises can then be raided and where the practitioners are required to prove their innocence. This requirement is due to the reversal of the onus of proof (guilty until proven innocent). This can result in harassment and subjective decisions on the evidence. The right to 'innocent before proven guilty' is being removed in Australia along with the right to freedom of speech. Here is an article describing the removal of freedom of speech in Australia written by a criminal lawyer.

Here is the Federal member for Denison, Andrew Wilkie, describing in the Australian parliament the 10 criteria for a pre-police state that have already been introduced into Australian legislation. Further, over the 2016/17 Australian summer the Federal government is starting a security upgrade around parliament house that includes a 2.6 m high fence around Parliament's perimeter that will exclude access to the grassy slopes. It will also include an increase in the height of existing fences and an additional 38 extra CCTV cameras.
