Kids XC Series - Next event @ Upper Hutt Sunday 29 May
Book by this Sunday in time for personalised race bib
Just a quick reminder that the next Kids Cross Country Series event is being held at Trentham Memorial Park, Upper Hutt on Sunday 29 May.

We have 400 entered already. We'd love to reach that 500 mark so please help spread the work. You might want to get a few friends together and enter a team (3 or 4 in a team in the same year level). It's a great way to get more kids onto the podium. Just email Rama on firstname.lastname@example.org with the team name and team members, or enter these details when you sign up.
We've had the first week of our TempoFit winter block. If you've been deciding whether to give it a go it's not too late to sign up. We've got locations in Lower Hutt, Ngaio, Tawa, the CBD and Kilbirnie. Come and give it a go. So long as you can run 5k non-stop (at any speed) you will fit in perfectly at TempoFit and have plenty of company. Contact Jo Murray for more info at email@example.com or go to http://www.tempofit.co.nz/wellington
