Scientific Christmas cards
Thank you to those who have already given to the appeal!
Today's scientific Christmas card shows how Santa can get down a tiny chimney yet still remain full size. As he descends you can see him get larger, yet if you compare the two with a ruler they are actually the same size.
Please help our appeal. We need £5,000 to survive the Festival in February. Give whatever you can: £10, £20, £50 or more.
For gifts over £20 we'll send you some of our special, scientific Christmas cards: 1 for £20, 3 for £50, 10 for £100, 24 for £500 .... but it's not just the cards is it?

Brad Gross
The man behind Blast Science, who electrified, delighted, terrified and inspired thousands of Sussex children (and their parents) for five meteoric years, died of a heart attack on Friday November 17, a day before his 45th birthday.

Tuesday 28th at 4.45
at Hastings Angling Club, on seafront next to trampolines and opposite the Albion) Marine Parade, Hastings TN34 3AG
for a light buffet and loud music.

Dress code: anything Brad would have approved of - that's anything!

Brad was a stalwart of the London Science Museum for many years, followed that with years at Herstmonceux Science Centre, then, after creating an instant sensation at Bright Sparks in 2012, he formed Blast Science and, with Lydia Samuel, toured wherever and whenever he could. And when he wasn't doing that he was a jazz musician in another barnstorming show - The Lucky Ones.

We will never forget him.
