Testing new medical technologies in the NHS: apply for funding


Innovate UK and the Office for Life Sciences (OLS) are working in partnership to invest up to £1.5 million in business projects that support the development of new medical devices, diagnostics and regulated digital technology. Funding will support either the development or design of plans for collection of data on clinical performance and cost effectiveness, or studies that actually collect the data. The deadline for applications is 30 January. More...
 

€2 million Horizon Prize for better mobility of older people

The aim of this contest is to develop innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for senior citizens (65+). This will help to combat social exclusion and support independent living. The €2 million prize will be awarded, after the closure of the contest, to the applicant who in the opinion of the jury demonstrates a solution that best addresses the award criteria. The solutions submitted for this Horizon Prize must be implemented for several months during the contest period. Submissions will be accepted until 28 February and the prize will be awarded later in the year. More...
