This Thanksgiving-tastic mix of wines is geared to give easy drinking joy for a diversity of drinkers, with lots of flavor variety, kind of like the orchestra of foods that show up in a Thanksgiving feast! Full handout with longer descriptions for each wine come with your 6-pack orders. 

Colin Perles Rouge - This red sparkling wine has a peppery and roibos tea like herbal note that complements the pomegranate and red berry fruit profile. It’s dry, fresh and delicious!

Hanson Vinyards Blanc de Noir - elegant ethereal white wine with the faintest blush hue and flavors of white peach, fresh raspberries, and a hint of baking spices.

2020 Domaine de Roally Vire-Clesse - A French Chardonnay from Burgundy with a big bodied easy drinking flavor. This one is a perfect match for Turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing.

2018 Dominio IV “of Poetry & Roses” Pinot Noir - From our friends at D4 this beautiful Pinot with lots of deep (not sweet) fruit flavors works amazingling well with everything from your Turkey to Cranberry Sauce. Jeff loves it so much he’s already had 2 bottles!

Prima Materia Zinfandel - This big, berry-full wine has great texture and a lovely warming quality with it’s slightly peppery, spicy notes.

Renardet Fache Bugey Cerdon - This sparkling 100% Gamay wine will pair great with all of your sweet dishes, before and after the meal!

Our wine flight this week is the Thanksgiving 6-Pack, so come taste these wines anytime between Tuesday 11/15 and Wednesday 11/23.

Saturday 11/26 & Sunday 11/27
In the name of doing something a little extra tasty and extra special, the weekend after Thanksgiving we'll be featuring a special flight of four French Champagnes paired with the lovely tinned fish from Portland Chef Sara Hauman. I got introduced to Sara from her appearances on Top Chef, and we're excited to carry her tinned fish at Pairings!

They'll all be included as part of this Champagne Only Event, happening on Saturday 11/26 from 12-8, and Sunday 11/27 from 12-7.

No Reservations Necessary.
$50 per person.
$40 for wine club members.


Charcuterie? Why Yes!
Now that we've added fourteen comfy seating spots and brought back the bar, we better kick up our food game! We're keeping it basic but extra tasty and working with Cowbell Fine Cheese to pick out fun cheeses, meat, almonds and more. Highly recommend visiting them for your cheese needs. They're located on NE Alder (between 2nd & 3rd Ave.) and open Wed-Sun 12-6.



Our new charcuterie board features a cheese, salumi, olives, almonds and pickles for $25 a plate or $7 for an individual snack. Tinned fish also available.

Come hang out, make new friends and get comfy with us. PS: Wine flights change weekly and you're always welcome to enjoy a bottle from the wall or frig for a small corkage.
