Celebrating a stellar year for Candace Robb's mysteries with a special offer, and a preview of a new series.

Happy Holidays! Celebrate with me!

This has been an extraordinary year for me and for you, my readers. At this time last year none of the Owen Archer or Margaret Kerr mysteries were available in e-book format in the US and Canada, now a dozen are! I'm especially delighted to have the 4 books never published in the US or Canada available in both trade paperback and e-book (Owen Archer: The Guilt of Innocents and A Vigil of Spies; Maggie Kerr The Fire in the Flint and A Cruel Courtship). In celebration, The Apothecary Rose e-book is on sale for holiday gift-giving for $0.99 on all platforms!
As if that weren't enough, in April, Pegasus Books offered me a 3-book contract for my new Kate Clifford series. See below!

Coming 2 May 2016

The Service of the Dead
Introducing Kate Clifford, a young woman forged on the warring northern marches of fourteenth century England.

Political unrest permeates York at the cusp of the 15th century, as warring factions take sides on who would make a better king--Richard II or his estranged, powerful cousin in exile, Henry Bolingbroke. Independent minded 20-year-old Kate Clifford is struggling to dig out from beneath the debt left by her late husband. Determined to find a way to be secure in her own wealth and establish her independence in a male dominated society, Kate quietly rents the discreet bedchambers in her High Petergate guesthouse to the wealthy, powerful merchants of York for nights with their mistresses. But the brutal murder of a mysterious guest and the disappearance of his companion for the evening threatens all that Kate has built. Before others in town hear word of a looming scandal, she must call upon all of her hard-won survival skills to save herself from ruin.

I hope you enjoy Kate as much as I do!

Wishing you a joyous holiday season and all the best in the New Year!
