Dear fellow Braillist,
We'd love you to join us for our third Braille Bar session taking place this evening, Monday 27th April, from 7 PM UK time.
This week, we’ll be starting with a Q&A session to address any questions you might have about Braille or Braille technologies. Jenny, a Braille teacher based in the South of England, will be helping us brush up our Braille skills, finishing the alphabet that we started last week. Jenny will be basing the course on the popular RNIB "Fingerprints” syllabus, so if you have access to the course materials you may want to follow along.
We'll be hosting these sessions with Jenny at 7 PM on Monday evenings every week, so we hope to build a real feeling of community around the Braille Bar. Whether you're learning Braille for the first time, or want to return after a few years gap, we’re hoping the Braille bar will equip you with the skills you need to be a more confident Braillist!
You can join us via Zoom from 7 PM UK time* at https://zoom.us/j/92248330901?pwd=M25IOW1BVFZ2TmN1NTNQSkx0U2piZz09.
