Our sixth and final free mindfulness session, focussing on responding mindfully to the COVID-19 pandemic, takes place tonight at 8 PM UK time over Zoom.
Laurent, a licenced counselling psychologist runs the course, which we hope will provide you with some of the tools and skills you need to help you through the coming weeks. Tonight's session will last around an hour. We’ll be starting a few minutes after 8, as the UK pauses to applaud medical workers at 8PM on Thursdays.
This evening, Laurent will be bringing together everything we’ve learned over the last six weeks, and presenting us with a set of strategies and coping mechanisms we can implement in our day to help us respond mindfully to the challenges we face.
You can join from your browser at https://zoom.us/j/227981901, or you can phone in on +44 203 481 5240, entering meeting ID 227 981 901 when prompted.
A small number of users have told us they are having difficulty following the links in our emails. We believe this is due to the software we use to send these messages. If clicking on the link doesn’t work for you, please visit braillists.org/staysafe, and follow the link in the table. You can also join the meeting manually by entering meeting ID 227 981 901 when prompted by your Zoom client or over the telephone.
The whole team is enormously grateful to Laurent for putting together this course over the last six week, and hope you’ve found the sessions as useful as we have!
With best wishes,
The Braillists Foundation Team
P.S: 8 PM UK time is 19:00 UTC. If you are joining us from outside the UK please check the time carefully.
