Philanthropy News Digest has reported that more than a year after the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 went into effect, 10 percent of wealthy donors say they plan to give more to charity, while many remain uncertain about how the legislation will affect their giving.
The survey, by Marts & Lundy, used interviews with a hundred and five wealthy donors plus an online survey of more than twenty-five hundred donors across income levels.
