With the opening of Palmar Trapiche on December 14th, Sayulita has a great new spot for craft beer lovers and foodies. Located on the North side of town on Av. del Palmar, this restaurant is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Palm trees and foliage surround the long wooden tables that are paired with chairs in vibrant colors of yellow and turquoise, while accent lights, string lights, and up-tempo music add to the inviting ambiance. Read More

So, the worst thing that can happen is that if  two large vehicles meet in the middle of this so-called road, one has to give way and back up, which often causes a loss of civility. Read More

Firefighters Crossing Borders and Pro Sayulita have been working directly with Proteccion Civil to build a new Lifeguard tower and to sign the Northside Beach. Our previous signs and tower were washed out to sea during the Fall Storm Season. As residents, we are all aware of the potential dangers on this beach. It is our social duty to make sure our visitors are also aware of these possible dangers. Read More
